Portable cotton and linen bags are classified according to their materials, and can be roughly divided into two categories, paper tote bags and cloth tote bags. Paper tote bags are what we often call paper bags. The production process is similar to that of packaging cartons, while fabric tote bags are mainly canvas bags, cotton and linen bags, non-woven bags and other items.
1. Screen printing:
It is an ancient printing process. It can not only print on flat surfaces, but also on curved surfaces. It has strong printing power, strong three-dimensional effect, easy-to-master technology, and low price. It is one of the most commonly used processes for printing patterns and logos on textiles.
2. Thermal transfer printing:
Also called thermal transfer printing, it is an indirect transfer printing process. Thermal transfer printing has bright colors, rich layers, high gloss, safety and no pollution. It is a very promising printing process.
3. Digital printing:
It is a printing with digital technology. The principle is the same as that of an inkjet printer. The characteristics of the printing are very fine and clear, similar to the characteristics of photos and hand-painted. And there is no need to print the plate, and the production cycle is short, which can be adapted to small batch production. The colors are very rich and can meet the individual needs of modern people. However, spot colors cannot be printed, which is restricted. Embroidery and other techniques are sometimes used on cloth hand-held cotton and linen bags. However, the needle method of hand embroidery is ever-changing, and the cost of sophisticated embroidery patterns is also extremely high. Generally, machine embroidery is used.
